Ocean City, Maryland’s best new restaurant is truly a hidden gem located along the ocean side of Coastal Highway right on the ground floor of the Fountainhead Towers Condominiums in northern Ocean City, MD - just across from the Gold Nugget Mall and the Greene Turtle sports bar.

The entire restaurant building has been completely renovated in 2011 and features an exciting new menu specializing in wood fired and grilled fresh, local and organic foods, including hand cut Angus Steaks, Coleman Natural chickens, fresh local seafood and eastern Shore grown vegetables…. plus a whole lot more!

Simon & Oliver’s Wood-Fired Grille offers area visitors and locals a truly unique setting that features a comfortable and elegant indoor dining atmosphere as well as casual outdoor courtyard seating, plus a totally captivating bar and lounge where live entertainment featuring popular jazz and musical artists from all over Delmarva will be appearing nightly. The restaurant is open seven days a week in season from 5PM until 10PM weekdays and the bar will remain open every day until 2AM serving light fare until well after midnight. We will be open every weekend from 11:30am until 2am.

About Simon and Oliver’s*

New owner, Lynette Newberry has over 20 years of experience working at local restaurants in Ocean City including BJ’s on the Water and Fager’s Island Restaurant. Her goal is to be able to provide superior quality food in an intimate, yet casual atmosphere and to be able to make both resort visitors and town locals feel right at home whether they are just stopping in for a quick bite or looking forward to an elegant meal. She has brought in a fun, energetic, well trained and completely customer oriented staff to make sure your every visit to Simon & Oliver’s is one that is well worth remembering.

As a bonus to our hard working seasonal and year round food service employees in the Maryland and Delaware coastal resort areas, special HH Pricing for local Food Service Employees will be available in the bar area all day, every day from open to close.

Simon & Oliver’s has created a unique laid back setting in it’s bar and lounge area where visitors and locals can stop in for a cool libation, a tasty margarita, a frosty glass of bee, or to check out our unique Martini Sampler. We also feature a fabulous selection of white and red wines that includes dozens of classic wines from all over the world. Some of our select wines are also offered by the glass.

Wine Flights

Simon & Oliver’s also features Wine Flights in the bar and dining room with a unique selection of wine tastings being showcased every day. Featured wines by the glass include Chardonnays by J. Seaglass, William Hill and FoxHill, Flying Fish Riesling and Yalands Sauvignon Blanc as well as dry and fruity Cabernets, Merlots and Red Zinfandels. Call us in the Fall when we will begin offering catering services for most of our menu favorites to just about anywhere on Delmarva including all of Worcester County and Wicomico County, Maryland including Pocomoke City, Snow Hill, Bishopville, Berlin, Willards, Pittsville, Whaleyville, Parsonsburg, Ocean City, West Ocean City and Salisbury, as well as other areas along the Eastern Shore including Princess Anne, Crisfield, Westover, Mardela, Mardela Springs, Fruitland, Hebron, Nanticoke, Vienna, Cambridge, and Easton, MD. In Delaware we will be providing catering services throughout most of Sussex County, which includes the Southern Delaware Resorts of Fenwick Island, Bethany Beach, Rehoboth Beach, Dewey Beach, & Lewes, as well as coastal inland locations near Dagsboro, Frankford, Selbyville, Roxana, Millville, Ocean View, Gumboro, Delmar, Laurel, Seaford, Georgetown and Bridgeville.

*Simon and Oliver are actually the names of owner Lynette Newberry’s two cats. Like so much else you will discover about this fantastic new Ocean City hot spot, they are completely unique unto themselves.
